Reform with terrace, naya and new pool

Project carried out in a prestigious residential area of ​​Jávea that has consisted of the extension of a naya and terrace and the construction of an infinity pool. In the villa there was already a small pool with little space to enjoy the magnificent climate of this area.

In the beginning the work was only the terrace and the pool. But seeing the good progress of the work, the client also decided to expand the naya and change the windows. Being a house with incredible views of the bay and the Montgó, we proposed to the client to replace the two arches on the terrace with a large double-paned window.

And the result has been spectacular. We have used tosca -natural stone typical of the Marina Alta- in pre-frames for a door and arches. And we have also opted for another natural element -aged beige marble- for the crowning of the pool.
