Places to live in Jávea (7): El Pi Ver
The type of construction in the Pi Ver de Jávea are villas. The zone is divided in two. The most to the west has houses on plots of 1,050 square meters. All these houses respond to a similar architectural style. While in the eastern part the chalets have a more original architecture and are generally larger. In this case, the plots are also around 1,000 square meters, although there are several grouped together.
It is one of the places with the best views in all of Xàbia as it is located at a height. Thanks to its orientation, you can see the Montgó to the north and Cabo de San Antonio with the bay of Jávea and the sea to the east.
The residential area has direct access to Camí Cabanes. This road connects the road from Jávea to Benitatxell with the urban center of Playa del Arenal. In it we find most of the nurseries in Jávea. From Camí Cabanes itself we can continue along the Carretera del Cabo de La Nao along which we reach beautiful coves such as La Barraca or La Granadella.
This residential area takes its name from a variety of pine that used to produce pine nuts. The pine in question -whose specimens can reach 30 meters in height- has suffered the elements over the years and is currently on the verge of disappearing.
