Expansion and rehabilitation of terraces in Cumbres del Sol

Project carried out in Cumbres del Sol (Benitachell) with expansion and rehabilitation of outdoor terraces. The old tiles and the concrete balustrades, which were in poor condition, have been replaced. In addition, we have waterproofed the terrace with an EPDM sheet to prevent possible leaks into a small house below.

For the shiny new terrace we have used 30 x 60 porcelain tile and 30 x 30 for the crowning of the pool so that it would remain at the same level. The work has been laborious, especially in the corners, but the result has been magnificent. Regarding the railings, we have opted for stainless steel and glass.

In this way, the client does not lose details of the fantastic views of Calpe and Moraira that the house enjoys.
