The 5 advantages of choosing pavers for the patio of a house

In a luxury villa that we have built in the Montgó area of ​​Jávea, when it came time to choose the material for the patio we asked ourselves which was the best: stamped concrete, stone or cobblestone. And finally we decided on the cobblestone. why?

These are the 5 advantages:

1-Economic:

Unlike stamped concrete, the paving stone does not need as much base for its placement and, therefore, is more economical.

2-Practical:

In the case of having to do some pipe work or electricity that requires opening a trench, we can dismantle the paving stone and then reposition it.

3-Aesthetic:

With the cobblestone we can make more original designs and play with different compositions. It is more aesthetic.

4-Effective:

The water filters between the paving stones in such a way that we avoid problems of puddles or accumulations.

5-Durable:

Both stone and, above all, stamped concrete wear out over time and with vehicle traffic. The cobblestone better supports these loads.
