Inspiration to reform your terrace or outdoor space
With the countdown already underway for the summer, and also for the holidays, we cannot help but look at those wonderful terraces that flood the network and our environment.
If you have a house in Jávea and you are thinking of reforming or updating your terrace, now is an ideal time for you to collect ideas, and also for you to ask us for a quote and for us to help you translate those ideas into a specific project. Once the summer is over, already in autumn, it will be perfect to start materializing it.
At Construcciones Cholbi we have recently delivered two houses with separate outdoor spaces that are very different from each other, but both are very adapted to the landscape of Jávea.
- A house between party walls, in the Historic Center of Jávea: the boulder, the white walls and the rough stone are the protagonists of this interior patio. We talked about him in more detail in a previous post.
- A villa with a pool in the Costa Nova urbanization, with a 1,500 m2 plot: with several areas of pergolas, an open terrace with views of La Granadella and a pool, it is a construction with straight lines and a very contemporary style. It is a project that we have carried out together with the Hoffmann-Wehr architecture studio and of which we hope to have images to show you soon.
As you can see, you can have your outdoor space both in a villa with many meters of plot or also in a small house in the historic center. In the second case, an outdoor patio is totally necessary, not only for the satisfaction of dining outdoors, but also for the light it brings to this type of home.
Whatever your case, we leave you with a series of images that will make your inspiration flow: terraces in total white, 100% Mediterranean, or with a touch of red with some Acapulco chairs, or with thatched roof to filter the light... All of them are ideas that can be copied and transferred to your next outdoor area. We hope you like them!
